Compounded Hair-loss Solutions

Highly effective topical treatments utilize the active ingredients Minoxidil, Finasteride, Tretinoin, Azelaic Acid, Progesterone, Spironolactone, Biotin, and Ketoconazole.

Studies show that these topical active ingredients are powerful in combination with injectable regenerative products to help counteract hair loss.

Why Do We Suffer From  Hair Loss?

Many men and women experience hair loss as they age. And we are seeing more hair loss in women in their 20’s and 30’s than ever. Thinning hair can be devastating for women and men of any age. Hair loss can cause depression and emotional issues, lead to low self-esteem, and inhibit quality of life.

Hair loss experienced with pregnancy, stress, and certain medications, is usually only temporary. It is normal to lose around 100 hairs a day, and this typically does not result in thinning hair. When hair loss is not temporary, patients should have a thorough evaluation with a doctor.

Start treating your hair loss by making an appointment with one of our practitioners for a thorough consultation and appropriate lab work. After a discussion of your medical history and patient profile, your practitioner will determine if treatment is likely to be effective and, if so, will recommend the most effective treatment plan for you.

Polydioxanone (PDO)

FDA-approved synthetic surgical suture material commonly used in aesthetic medicine to stimulate collagen production, elastin, and hyaluronic acid.  It also activates fibroblasts (collagen-producing cells within the connective tissue) while it slowly dissolves under the dermis.

We use it for hair regrowth through the release of growth factors and increased blood flow in the target areas of hair thinning.  The PDO material is sewn under the dermal layer of the skin to stimulate weakened or exhausted hair follicles.  Over time, the treatments can slow down or even reverse hair loss for most patients.
